The pool shells we provide are composed of six different layers, each layer performing its own unique function and applied with Derekane Epoxy-Vinyl Ester not polyester resin. It is this combination of fibreglass and Derekane which allows our skilled technicians and craftsmen to create pools of superior quality and durability.

Unlike most moulds you are familiar with, fibreglass pools are built on the outside of the mould, not the inside. Any scratch or imperfection in the mould would be transferred to the surface of your pool so each mould must be carefully inspected before the construction process begins. The mould is then cleaned of any contamination and surface dust and hand waxed before the surface layer gel coat is applied.
